Once a User chooses to avail any service plan/offer announced by Dfsedge Solutions Pvt Ltd and agrees to buy that plan/offer by making payment for that plan/offer to Dfsedge Solutions Pvt Ltd, Dfsedge Solutions Pvt Ltd will not refund that payment under any circumstances. Please keep in mind that the act of purchasing a Dfsedge Solutions Pvt Ltd plan is an irreversible process under applicable law.
Dfsedge Solutions Pvt Ltd shall create User ID in its system ONLY after successful KYC verification of such User following receipt of payment from the User for the above- mentioned plan. If the User is unable to complete a successful KYC, Dfsedge Solutions Pvt Ltd will be unable to create a User ID for such User. Thus, in order to use Dfsedge Solutions Pvt Ltd services on its portal, the User must first successfully complete his KYC verification.
A transaction that fails for any reason directly attributable to Dfsedge Solutions Pvt Ltd and Dfsedge Solutions Pvt Ltd has received corresponding confirmation from the payment gateway will be automatically refunded to User's bank account within 3-21 working days from the date of transaction, and a confirmation email will be sent to User's email id registered with Dfsedge Solutions Pvt Ltd.
Please keep in mind that only the actual transaction amount will be refunded, minus any payment gateway fees and any applicable taxes. However, if the user receives a successful completion confirmation but does not receive services, the user must file a complaint by sending an e-mail to the customer care Email ID listed on this website. Dfsedge Solutions Pvt Ltd will investigate the matter after receiving the User's complaint, and based on the investigation, Dfsedge Solutions Pvt Ltd may refund the payment. Dfsedge Solutions Pvt Ltd liability will be limited in all cases to providing User with a valid refund to the extent of the corresponding payment received by Dfsedge Solutions Pvt Ltd with respect to a specific transaction. Dfsedge Solutions Pvt Ltd is not liable for any other claim or liability arising from failed services on our system.
The User is responsible for the mobile number or DTH account number for which the prepaid recharge is purchased, as well as any charges incurred as a result of those purchases. They are also in charge of data card and toll-tag recharge information, as well as any charges incurred as a result of those purchases. Dfsedge Solutions Pvt Ltd is not liable for any prepaid recharge purchased with an incorrect mobile number or DTH account number, or with incorrect toll or data card information.
User agrees that this refund policy is subject to all of the terms and conditions outlined in the User/Business Associate/Retailer/Distributor Agreement with Dfsedge Solutions Pvt Ltd.
A Customer may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made by emailing at info@V-pay.in and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request and the exact terms that have been violated.
Requests received later than 10 business days before the end of the current service period will be treated as a cancellation of services for the next service period.
